Although I have not received my order yet, if I am to compare the product , "The Power Pressure Cooker XL" with the customer service I have received I cannot in all honest give a rating any higher than poor. The only reason I did not rate it as very poor is because I have not had the chance to use the product yet.Below is my post from FaceBook:
"Do NOT order from this company if you expect them to follow through on their promises. My order was supposed to be charged over 3 months but was charged all at once. When I contacted the company online they told me there was nothing they could do. When I was asked for someone that could help me, they gave me the customer service number.
I contacted the customer service number and was offered $30.00 off my order but if I accepted this offer, I could not return the product for any reason other than damage in shipment. When I told them that was unacceptable, they said that I could just not accept the order. Then reorder it, Of course they would not refund any shipping and handling, and I would then be charged the S&H when I reordered.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY."

By refusing to correct their mistake and not reversing the full charge to my debit card, this company has in effect made it impossible for me to try their product for at least 3 more weeks. Living only on Social Security Disability and expecting a charge of about $60.00 to my account, but getting the surprise of a charge in excess of $160.00 my budget for this month has been completely shot. It was a stretch to buy this product to begin with, but it was something my wife wanted.
Please note that my wife has been in the emergency room at least 13 times since January 01/2017 and has spent about 10 days hospitalized during that time . She has also averaged 3 doctor appointments per week since the new year. I was hoping that by getting something that she has been wanting would help her feel better. But when it is delivered on this Monday ( maybe) and she will have to just look at it for several weeks because we will NOT be able to buy any more groceries this month ( other than milk and bread) because of this extra charge,.
What a depressing thought for a bipolar woman with a multitude of medical problems.
I hope your failure to apply the charges over 3 months has helped your bottom line enough that you can feel good about yourselves and your company . I hope it is worth disappointing a sick individual and making a customer angry enough to rate your product so low and to add my disappointment and anger to FaceBook and other online media.
