And last week I talked to 2 of your people on the CHAT line Kimberly and after being disconnected I then talked to Marielle. I thought that someone would get back to me. Also my order # for the Pressure Cooker was 21586201709150190. Marielle said they would have to check with the carrier. Someone really needs to take care of this error. Please!
