I received an email, before I received and invoice or the product, for a rating. The individual I worked with on the phone order, was very nice and easy to talk to about the product and knowledgeable. I don't order to many products of the TV, but this product was very interesting and seams very useful in today 's meal prep. My problem was that everything had a price, even the cooper fry pan, the pan was free but the lid I had to buy. ???? The TV commercial is sorta miss leading. Will start using once we receive the pressure cooker.
