I really like my 6 qt PPC xl. Getting replacement parts is s l o w. Call in to get it faster. Online is much delayed. The tracking number(s) they send you lead no where. It is linked to UPS but not a style tracking number they use. And is gets shipped USPS. I go a wrong part (my fault) and the refund was back in my account at a pretty time.
YES I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
