Apparently, we could not get the cover to fit correctly, so the meat was burned. It is now March 18, and I'm not using the complicated pot. I would rather have "my mother's pressure cooker." Much easier to use; especially because the cover would completely close, easily.
The new cooker? A waste of money, for us!
