I had no problems purchasing the power XL over the phone. Alice was very nice and thorough about Everything. She did not pressure me to buy anything extra. She was helpful. We talked to each other about everything. Almost an hour of conversation. I enjoyed talking to her. It felt like we were old friends. She deserves something special from the company.
