Great experience with my order. The young man (Ron) was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Received my cooker today. So excited as I have a smaller one that was given to me from my daughter as a gift. I dearly love it. She also gave me the AirFryer which I love too. Plan to do some canning with my larger pressure cooker. Very pleasant experience with Ron from start to finish with my order. He was also very knowledgeable about the product. Haven't opened my cooker because it just arrived but I'm suppose to have several smaller gifts. Love the products.
