I think your customer service people are just plain stupid. I called to pay the balance owed and they tell me i cant pay. I hung up called back and this time i get transferred to a supervisor. I tell her the same thing i want to pay the balance she tells me its already paid for. Then i get an email from my credit card company stating my purchase was declined but i never authorized you all to charge my credit card the full amount. Yet the first time i called he wanted me to pay the entire bill but you have already charged 50.00 to my card.
