The only problem I had when placing my order was I only wanted to purchase the Pressure Cooker and the clerk had to keep offering me all the other products. I almost cancelled the order because if I tell you I don't want to hear all the other deals that's what I mean. It was at least 10 extra minuets of trying to sell me something I did not want or need. To me that is unacceptable. If I like this product and wanted to purchase another one for someone else I probably won't call back because of this reason.
