Staff were courteous. I purchased the 8 quart and then a half hour later changed my mind and ordered the 10 quart. Instead of just charging me the difference between the two I got charge for both. It would have been very bad if I did not have the 500 dollars to cover both in my account. I called and was told I would have my money in 24 hours. Which by the way I don't have.
