Not happy with service. Received the product 4 days ago. Parts missing. When I called to speak with customer service they said they were sorry for my inconvenience and they would be sending the parts free of charge but that they were charging me $6 and some odd cents to ship items. Not happy at all. Still have not received parts. Not my fault they did not put all parts in package!
