I thought the lady sounded more like a robot than anything. Sounded like she was reading off of a script. But otherwise my wife and I are very ecstatic about Eric thesis pressure cooker and copper pan. We recently bought a copper pan by Eric and are very happy with his products. We would like to see more products of the copper items and cooking items as well as utensils if possible
