I called to order the pressure cooker and was overwhelmed by the person taken the order trying to upsell other products addition to the product. makes ordering on the phone a pain if there are other products that go with the product your ordering it should be seen on TV so you can make the decision to order before you get hammered on the phone, and I received my pressure cooker but not the copper pan that goes with it so I have to call customer service today
