Haven't received it yet ... don't even think it has shipped!! As far as the ordering process, I cancelled my first order that was for the 6 qt and 10 qt!! I told the lady I just wanted to order the pressure cookers and she kept going on and on and adding things to my order. After I ordered it, I called back and cancelled the order!! She just made me very disgusted!!!! When I called back later that afternoon, I got a very nice lady and she understood what I wanted more or less, did just what I wanted and what she needed to do. Very nice and accommodating!! Can't wait to get the cookers and get started!!
