this is strictly the rate of the policy for the sales line. I am still waiting for the cooker to come in so I can't make any comments on the unit itself. the reason for the poor rating is that I was only trying to purchase the cooker and the sales rep continued to sale me everything under the sun. I know that is the rep's job but sometimes you just need to sale the unit the customer is calling for and that's that.
