This product has very poor information about how it works, so you can apply cooking information for menus not included in the info provided. Operator taking orders can not answer questions about the cooker, specifically the weight of the pressure release weight. The pressure it developes. This info tells you how long to cook at a specific pressure. Recipients are ok for the few items listed but to cook other items you don't know what you are working with. Pressure and temperature are set with the release weight but info doesn't tell you what that is. This is my second purchase of a Power Pressuer Cooker XL. Hopefully there is better info in the recipe book I purchased separately. Cookers work good but you don't know what you are working with.
