I placed my order for one 10 quart power pressure cooker and was charged for two. I called customer service to have it changed to one unit. The price was $192.00 for shipment of this product but I was charged $310.65. After the additional unit was removed I was told it now would cost $210.65 to have it shipped. I'm not sure about the charges and the experience I have had with this company in the last three days. Please work on how orders are taken over the phone, since your website does not confirm the order placed via email.
