Watching the display on TV seemed impressive. I ordered one as a gift for my daughter... not knowing she already has a pressure cooker. Before returning it she tried to get in touch with your customer service. You need to 'upgrade' this service .... it's very bad! No return contact or satisfaction and she has to pay to return the product. She also read the bad reviews about the cooker. I will never buy anything from the TV again after her experience!
