Hi
I have complain I m going to return this product for these reasons
1. On TV's ad shipping and handling was free but they charged me
2. I didn't get my pan
3. I didn't get my 3 raise (steeming and others)
4. When I called customer service no one really helped me especially the supervisor
How can I trust this company with bunch of lies and bad customer service, then I am going to return your product.
I was going to order another one for my Mom but I am not going to do that.
