I am still waiting for the rest of my order. I was told I would get a 3 Tier Wire Basket and a Steaming Basket Free ,with my 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker, but I did not receive them. This is what I see advertised on TV, so I expected to receive that. I have called twice & was told they would ship them. I am not sure what they are shipping or when I will receive the rest of what I was promised. Also, I was reading the COPPER CHEF 1Pan-6 Ways to Cook booklet yesterday, and I found out why my Steamer Tray was a mystery to me. It was sitting flat in my fryer pan and it needs 4 legs in the holding slots, which keeps it off the bottom of the pan to let it steam the contents when cooking. I don't know how these orders are filled, but some ones is not doing their job correctly. My salesperson that took my order was very helpful and I expected to receive what she said I would be getting. My confirmation # was 42705629. I can not write my REVIEW until I finish getting what was promised to me. You would not want to read my review as of now, so I will wait tip later. Mary
