From the very first call I made it was a horrible horrible experience. The customer service rep that I dealt with was so pushy and would not listen to me every time I told her no thank you. I kept saying I only want the pressure cooker and she would just not give up. I kindly kept telling her please listen to what I am telling you please do not be disrespectful to me when I tell you the only thing I want to purchase is the pressure cooker. I got so angry that I told her to forget it and I hung up. She actually called me back she apologized and said that she needed to get my approval of the transaction on the live recording. I told her she had a lot of nerve calling me back because she would not listen to what I was saying she again had the nerve to tell me more things that she was trying to sell at that point I started screaming at her and told her to cancel my order. I hung up she did not call back she sent me an email of the confirmation for my order and the next day I got online to your website and tried to cancel my order and again the live chat person just would not give up. They kept asking me are you sure what went wrong what can we do to fix this? Does anyone in this company actually listen to your customers? I don't care how good this product is your customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with as a consumer and as a customer service manager myself.
