The customer service agent was quite friendly, however, the phone call took forever because they attempted to sell an enormous amount of other items, even after telling them I did not want anything else. Also the items they said automatically came with the pressure cooker were not mentioned during the phone call, but we did receive those items. Though I know this is typical of this kind of call, it is very annoying.
