Have not tried it yet. I did not get the cookbook or the square copper skillet. When I ordered the pressure cooker, your customer service rep kept trying to sell me something else beside the cooker, i.e., full set of copper skillets. When I try it I will submit a review. I will mark as acceptable for now. It could change after I try it.
