Well so far, i bought my 10 qt xl. On feb24 , the steam release has not worked properly. I called and the gentleman told me he would mail me a box so i could send mine in. Its been what nearly 2 weeks now. Now i now its supposed to spin around, but steam continues to por out. Its not right. I paid alot of money for this. I need this fixed.ASAP. PLEASE.
