Ordered a part that was missing on my pressure cooker. I was going to return it however your customer service person told me that she woulf send the part. Did not tell me it was out of stock. So I'm here waiting on the part for 10 days. Which is the time she told me to wait. No responds in an email on any update on my order. So', i get online to check status and finf out it is out of stock and will take up to two to three weeks. So much for trying you product out! Very dissatified. Cant even try it .
