I ordered a 10 Qt Pressure Cooker XL. I was notified when the Cooker was shipped but it arrived damaged from the shipper. I refused the box due to damage and it was eventually returned to the shipper. I had requested a replacement but my first indication that there was a communication error was when I saw funds being returned to my account. I called Customer Service and stated my claim. A full refund was granted and a replacement order was placed which was received a few days later. I commend Customer Service for their professionalism in handling my claim.
