When the order was completed we the frying pan should have been free . This was said by sale rep . She kept trying to sell us orther items we did not want . The total bill ended up at 185.93 . I said cancel the order . I said this three times . The sale rep hung up the phone . My checking account was charged the full amount . 185.93 . On Monday I called back and asked for a supervisor and this took a long time. When I did get one she said nothing could be done until we got the cooker then send it back . Then after ten days I would get my money back . The order should have been canceled and money reversed. I should not got hung up on . I did talk to my bank .
