I am a senior citizen and tell you that to make a point. My daughters have been trying to get me to try out a pressure cooker for over 30 years. Finally I gave in and bought the new big one (10qt) and tried it. I made the beef stew. It is one of my family's favorite, but normally it takes almost 3hours to make.
I just made the beef stew in the pressure cooker and it was great and only took 30 minutes. Can't wait to try other dishes that normally take a long time to make. I do recommend it.
