Regarding the PowerPressure.com, product and website:
The pressure cooker is a great product. However, their customer service is extremely poor because you will be dealing with someone outside of the United States…I suspect the Philippians.
Below is a review I gave them:
Three times, since January, I tried ordering a seal for the lid of my pressure cooker. Two of those times your, out of the country “customer service”, representatives either sent me to another phone number or failed to complete my order. The other phone number they sent me to was to QVC; I did not place my order with QVC; I placed it with you. I did not get my seal until I demanded a U.S. representative.
When will companies like you get that customer service, not within the U.S., doesn’t work; it’s cheaper for you; but those people don’t care; and you will not get repeat business.
I will never order another product from you until you can guarantee that all of your sales people and customer service representatives reside within the borders of the United States.
Sure, make more money in the short term, but you will lose in the long term. I’m placing this information on Facebook.
