I'm concerned about a few things.
First, I didn't make my purchase online, as this questionnaire indicates.
Second, I purchased 2 pots, neither of which pressurizes in the 17 minutes the manual states. The 8 quart pot took exactly 34 minutes to pressurize. The 6 quart pot took around 45 minutes to pressurize. I am currently waiting for a replacement lid for the 8 quart pot in the hopes that it will improve the function.
