Saw the show on TV and decided to buy the pressure cooker. Got a really nice lady on the phone to take my order and we started the process. Why is it that you can't just be happy with the sale you have made but have to instruct your sales people to sell additional products . I understand the process - get them while you have them on the phone and they are excited to buy - but it becomes very annoying and I finally told the lady If she did not stop the sales pitch I would hang up and not buy anything. Is it really worth it to get your customers pissed off before they even get the product. I had looked at the pressure cooker in Target so was definitely interested in buying it but it puts you off buying off the TV when you have to go through the pressure selling. Next time I'll just go to Target.
