have not received product yet but the sales experience was not pleasurable. When I purchase an item I want to purchase the item. I don't really want to listen to a LONG sales pitch about other stuff which I have no interest in. Perhaps at some initial point I might be asked if I have an interest in additional ways to spend my money?
