It took me 2 times to order this product. The first time the representative must have had a bad day because my order was never finished and processed. Then the second time in ordering the product, the man was very congenial and got the ordered finished, now I am told my order has been shipped. I called about 4 different times after I ordered the first time to see where my order was, that was making me a very unhappy camper. But now all is fine and dandy.
