Pressure cookers are nothing new, my mother used them back in the '50s. I like the combination of a pressure cooker and slow cooker. Does an incredible job on ribs, falling off the bone. Somehow lost the gasket or o'ring on the float valve, ordered a new valve and it has never shown up which means I cannot use my cooker.
