I was able to cook a recipe that would normally take about 3 hrs in a much shorter time. The things that I DON'T LIKE are that there are no clear instructions on how to actually use the machine & I have to google it ea time & hope it works! Plus, the little markings of open & close on the gasket wore off & I'm not sure which way to turn it & needed to order another one to be safe.
