To begin with I was skeptical since the website would not allow me to use PayPal. I placed my order by phone with a gentleman in India who spelled my name wrong. After I orally gave my credit card number, I had misgivings. However, my order arrived timely and was well and securely packaged considering that somehow the Postal Service dropped the package at my door while it was raining. The cardboard packaging was soaked, but my book was unharmed. All went well. I was pleased.
