I have not received a purchase order email like I was supposed to get. I was supposed to be on a three month payment plan and instead all of the 141 dollars was deducted from my account immediately. I specifically stated 3 times that I wanted the 39.99 payment plan. I did not state that I wanted the full amount of the purchase withdrawn from my account. You customer service is awful. I did not order the pressure cooker online, I called the 800 number.
