When I received it yesterday by UPS, the box was crushed on one-side, and one side of the cooker was bashed in.....very poor packaging, and very poor materials if it was crushed on one side.....not happy at all and going to send it back for hopefully a full refund!! Let's see how promptly I get a refund!
