I order 2 pressure cookers and after almost 3 weeks i called to check on my delivery status and i was told my order was never placed because i needed to have more that the payment on my account, I always buy on QVC or HSN and never had any problem as long as i have the payment every month for them to take it out of my account, very bad experience and on top when i cancelled my order they put down they ware cancelling because the ware out of order of the product and when it was not true never will order from them again.
