I really enjoy my Power Pressure Cooker XL, however, I did not receive all my order. I did not understand the $100 grocery coupon. I have lost $200 in charges for this service plus a monthly fee of $7.97 because I didn't understand the program. When I called I couldn't get anyone to understand what I was asking. To me I am really sorry I ordered this Power Pressure Cooker XL because of the service. I feel like I was taken for my money. So for that I can't give you an honest review of the Cooker. All I can say to anyone who is looking to buy this be very careful because they keep adding to the order and then you don't receive all your products and when you call you get no help. Wish I could mail it all back!
