Love love love the cooker!!! But the customer service after the initial order was crappy. I said something to the operater about purchasing the hard cover recipe book and that wasnt included in the promotion (even tho it said it on the inframertion) then u purchased the utensils and to this day I DO NOT have them . I've called about them twice but it's time to call again. If u buy this online (which I think there should be one in every home ) don't get any extras. Just a hassle.
