I love the safety features! I grew up with one of those old pressure cookers and was pretty nervous about using one! But a friend bought one and told me it's much improved so I bought one. My first experience using it I learned that it won't let me open the lid if the cooker isn't depressurized all the way. I fell in love with it! And my roast turned out perfect in 25 minutes!
