You have already charged my credit card. I received the cook book on Monday, 7/3/17. I received the copper pan and lid Wednesday, 7/6/17. And the pressure cooker has not been delivered. So far not impressed with HSN. So, before you ask for a review, make sure the customer has the product. I realize your company is extremely busy, so one less customer is no big deal. Count on me not to be a customer in the future.
