It didn't work. We just sent it back for a replacement. We have a friend who has one and loves it, she also agreed that the one you sent us was defective. I sent it back yesterday, hope it doesn't take 2 months to receive replacement. I also expect to pay no handling/shipping
charge since the first one was defective. It took over 4 and a half hours to roast a small chicken and completely ruined a chuck roast. Lets hope this one works.
