I have owned a 6 quart Power Pressure Cooker for a couple of years. It has proven to be very reliable and easy to use. I wanted a larger one, so my 6 quart Power Pressure Cooker experience convinced me to buy the 10 quart Power Pressure Cooker XL. Just as the 6 quart, the 10 quart Power Pressure Cooker XL fits the bill with the many cooking options features. The larger size also allows cooking of a larger roast or ham. Primarily, I use one or the other every day to cook skinless chicken breasts for my three Chihuahuas... along with cooking family dishes... so they get heavy use. With two Power Pressure Cookers I now have the flexibility to use either size needed... or both simultaneously if one is tied up when I need to do additional pressure cooking. This certainly saves time.
