I had a minor problem with my pressure cooker which was entirely my fault. I contacted the company and could not have been more satisfied with their solution. They jumped through some hoops to help me out.
Problem is now resolved. They reacted quickly and professionally.
I will certainly be buying more products from their company in the future.
