Would have been nice if a cook book would come with it, instead of having to purchase one. This would have made the experience just a little better, then to be looking on YouTube to find the recipe. As for the cooker... it performed very well. It cooked the short ribs very tender and they fell off the bone. The arrival time was very good (short), also it came to the house undamaged in it's box. I hope to enjoy this product for a good long time.
