I purchased the 10 quart power pressure cooker XL. and the first meal I cooked was 3 racks of pork ribs with one of the recipes from the cookbook by Eric Theiss. Ribs were done in less than an hour from start to the plate. Taste awesome and the Power Pressure Cooker made it too easy for myself. My wife has always done the cooking over 30 years of marriage. My cooking nights always consisted of going out to a restaurant. This purchase I made one late night thinking that I could actually do this to help my wife's life easier. This purchase accomplished making cooking easy for me and for my wife. Happy wife, happy life. Since, the first meal attempt...I've cooked a couple of meals. Not, too mention the ease of clean up after cooking. Very satisfied with this purchase. In fact, seriously considering to purchase the 8 quart power pressure cooker XL for my business office for lunch cooking. I would say, "all who have not done the cooking in their household should own one!"
