like the product, but felt that it was misrepresented on tv commercial
sales person was very nice, patient, but there was too much information for him to give me that I did not want or need.I called only to purchase the pressure cooker and not to be sold all other unnecessary stuff.It was time consuming on the phone.I also received the skillet by U.S mail which was confusing,and a day later the pressure cooker
