I like the pressure cooker but did not receive grocery coupons even after following the on line instruction. I also had to call to get the copper pans which finally came but,Tim did not receive the cook book even after I called customer service and they told me they would send it. I bought two cookers that work well but the follow thru by the company is lacking and I would not buy from them in the future.
